Quality. It’s what patients expect from health care providers when they entrust their care to us. It’s what payers, policy makers, patient advocates, the government and industry experts will rate us on when determining which health care delivery models can serve as national examples. And it is what Scott & White has stood for from the start.
From our fledgling days of providing care to Central Texas railroad workers before the turn of the 20th century, Scott & White has built a reputation for quality patient care. We have achieved this primarily through one, guiding principle: at the core of everything we do is in the best interest of the patient.

But it’s not enough to live by this principle. As our patient, we want to let you know how well we are doing in fulfilling this expectation.
