Temple Center for Diagnostic Medicine

Scott & White’s Center for Diagnostic Medicine (CDM) is located next to the Scott & White campus at the intersection of S. 31st Street and W. Avenue R in Temple. At the CDM, we offer adult primary care and internal medicine with physicians who specialize in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases. Additional specialty care is also available, as described in the section below.

We offer the flexibility of morning, evening and weekend appointments. And for your added convenience, the CDM also features X-ray, laboratory and pharmacy services on site.
