Free Skin Cancer Screening
According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States with more than 3.5 million skin cancers in over two million people diagnosed annually.
But many of these cancers can be prevented and treated if caught early.
The Scott & White Dermatology Department is holding a free skin cancer screening on May 5 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Northside Clinic in Temple. Board certified dermatologists and staff will be available to evaluate any potential skin cancers. You will also learn how to enjoy your time in the sun, while still keeping your skin safe!
