Scott & White Blood Center would like to encourage the community to donate blood regularly. Blood is needed all year round for surgeries, traumas and a variety of treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation. Giving blood can make a difference in someone's life on a daily basis. Since the community will continue to need blood donations throughout the year, especially during the summer months, area donors are urged to donate at an upcoming blood drive.

Patients are currently in urgent need of donations of all blood types and platelets.
