As with all Scott & White programs, the primary focus of SWPS is customer service. Member services are available through the toll-free telephone line: 800-728-7947.

Integration of SWPS with any health care program provides services focused on customer service, cost containment and quality outcomes.

Exemplary customer service

SWPS is known for our exemplary customer service and responsiveness and believe this feature is of significant value to the group. While a team works with the each client’s account, a Client Relations Representative is assigned to specifically deal with day-to-day issues.

SWPS personnel are trained to assist members with personal drug benefit related assistance, pharmacies with adjudication/on-line protocols and plan contacts regarding claim issues, coverage parameters, etc.

English and Spanish member assistance available

Our customer service staff is based in Temple, Texas with bilingual Spanish translator representatives available.
