The Scott & White Research Grants Program (RGP) supports the Mission and Vision of Scott & White Healthcare by enhancing the academic environment with innovative health-related research. Specifically, the program:
- Awards research funds via a peer review process to investigators who demonstrate the potential to develop extramurally funded research programs and to publish scientific data
- Gives priority to innovative projects that have the potential to produce novel discoveries
- Encourages Interdisciplinary and inter-institutional collaboration
- Supports research training experiences for medical students, residents, fellows and other healthcare professionals
