Application Procedures
Fellows applying to this program must have completed a four-year Diagnostic Radiology residency program.

- A personal statement including career goals and professional plans
- Three letters of recommendation requested by you from your current and former professors (One should be from your program director)
- Passport size photo
- Dean’s letter
- USMLE Scores
- Proof of Graduation from Medical School
- J-1 Visas Only
