Application Procedures

Fellows applying to this program must have completed a four-year Diagnostic Radiology residency program.

• A Universal Application
• Current CV
• A personal statement including career goals and professional plans
• Three letters of recommendation requested by you from your current and former professors (One should be from your program director)
• Passport size photo
• Dean’s letter
• USMLE Scores
• Proof of Graduation from Medical School
• J-1 Visas Only

The deadline date for applications for Interventional Radiology Fellowship for the 2010 academic year is April 15, 2009.
