Pelvic Surgery

Services
The Section of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery provides evaluation and management of urinary/pelvic floor disorders of incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse such as cystocele, rectocele, enterocele, uterine prolapse and post-hysterectomy vaginal vault prolapse.
Surgical and non-surgical options
Not every urinary or pelvic floor disorder requires a surgical solution—many conditions can be managed without surgery. After the appropriate evaluation of bladder function and pelvic organ prolapse, patients are offered a variety of surgical or non-surgical options.
Nonsurgical options can include medical management and the use of support devices such as pessaries, while surgical options include surgical management of urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and prolapse of the bladder, uterus, cul-de-sac, rectum or vaginal vault.
Staff
With a team of expert surgeons delivering improved pelvic surgery success rates, it's no wonder that patients from across the world choose Scott & White for pelvic condition treatments.
Our staff provides consultation and management for complex patients who may have failed with previous nonsurgical or surgical therapies.
