Child Passenger Safety

Scott & White staff members are certified through Safe Kids Worldwide as Child Passenger Safety Technicians and are available to provide education to parents and families.

• General recommendations: Proper Child Restraints
• Specific recommendations for:
  • Infants (0–1 year)
  • Toddlers (1–4 years)
  • Children (4–8 years)

Safe Kids Mid-Texas

Safe Kids Mid-Texas is the local member of a global network of organizations whose mission is to prevent accidental childhood injury, a leading killer of children 14 and under and is proudly led by the Scott and White Trauma Center. More than 450 coalitions in 16 countries bring together health and safety experts, educators, corporations, foundations, governments and volunteers to educate and protect families.
