Corneal and External Diseases

The cornea, the clear tissue on the front of the eye, can become scarred or cloudy due to a variety of diseases or injuries. A corneal transplant is sometimes performed in order to replace a diseased cornea with a new healthy one. Our fellowship trained corneal specialist provides medical and surgical management of all corneal diseases.
