- Optical/Contact Lens
Our Optical Shop provides complete services for eyeglasses, contact lenses and eye care supplies. We offer a full range of gas-permeable, soft and colored contact lenses and specialty fitting of custom-made contact lenses for eye conditions such as corneal disease.
The Eye Institute provides a unique opportunity to obtain your eyewear where you receive your medical and routine eye care.
- Optometry/Eye Exams and Low Vision
Getting an annual or bi-annual examination by an optometrist or ophthalmologist is the main prevention for eye disease. When necessary, your optometrist will refer you to another eye specialist for treatment of specific conditions or diseases.

The Ophthalmic Vascular Research Program (OVRP) is a one-of-a-kind program that creates exciting opportunities for faculty, residents and fellows to research vascular diseases of the eye.
