Available Services

The pathology test menu and services are always supported with available consultation by a pathologist and/or doctoral scientist. There are established relationships with all major reference laboratories in the U.S.A. which are used to provide clients the personalized and convenient service of dealing with a single laboratory with access to all available clinical testing.

Chemistry - Routine and special testing including endocrine, therapeutic drug monitoring, tumor markers, cytogenetics and molecular pathology.

Hematology and Special Coagulation

Transfusion and Blood Donor Center

Immunology and Flow Cytometry Services - Testing for immunodeficiency workups, hematologic malignancies and CD34 stem cell evaluations for bone marrow transplant.

Microbiology - This includes bacteriology, parasitology, mycology and TB.

Anatomic Pathology - Anatomic Pathology with subspecialty expertise in cytology, hematopathology, kidney biopsies, liver biopsy interpretation, electron microscopy, molecular pathology, genitourinary pathology and pulmonary pathology.

Accreditation

The Scott & White Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology laboratories are accredited and certified by several organizations, including CLIA, CAP, AABB, FDA, ASHI and JCAHO.

Courier Service and Pickup

We receive specimens through the mail, and also provide a courier service with pickup in Central Texas to any area near our regional satellite locations. Please call 800-792-3369 for pickups.
