Pathology

The Department of Pathology encompasses Anatomical Pathology and Clinical Pathology. The department provides diagnostic services regarding the evaluation, interpretation and correlation of laboratory data and test methodology.

Anatomical Pathology
Services of the Division of Anatomic Pathology include routine histology, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, cytology, electron microscopy, flow cytometry and molecular pathology.

Clinical Pathology
Services of the Division of Clinical Pathology include clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunohematology, hematology, serology-immunology, flow cytometry, and blood procurement and transfusions.
