Leave

  • Vacation: three weeks per year
  • Sick leave: 13 days per year
  • Educational leave: one week per year
  • Maternity and paternity leave: combinations of all PTO (Paid Time Off) and FMLA as allowed by individual Residency Review Committee
  • Bereavement, military and interview leave also available

Insurance Benefits

The Payflex Plan allows payment of medical/dental premiums with pre-tax dollars and allows you to set aside tax-free dollars for out-of-pocket medical, dental or child care expenses.

  • Professional Liability insurance is provided through Scott & White.
  • Health Insurance provided, including group accident income plan coverage through the Scott & White Health Plan.
    Additional dependent coverage is available.
  • Dental Insurance is optional through MetLife Dental.
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance through Scott & White is optional.
    Additional dependent coverage is available.
  • Long-term disability insurance provided through TMAIT.
