Research Team
The Scott & White Clinical Simulation research committee is a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, psychologists, educators and biostatisticians.
Mission
The mission of the research team is to identify and implement novel methodologies integrating simulation, education and training while advancing the field of clinical simulation.
The research projects are intrinsically connected to our training and education. Valuable studies and concepts flourish during simulations while multitudes of trainees improve their medical knowledge, skills and attitudes.
Simulation Trainees
The simulation trainees include medical and nursing students, residents, fellows, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, chaplains, paramedics, emergency medicine and other health care professionals.
Additionally, the research team creatively designs novel methods using simulation to assess medical team performance and communication.
