Scott & White Clinical Simulation Center is located in Temple, Texas on the Temple College campus.

The Simulation Center provides access to a full spectrum of clinical simulation technologies and professional educational support for the use of clinical simulation in the following areas:

• Basic and clinical education of health care professionals
• Faculty development
• New curriculum development and curricular innovation
• Competency assessments in health care professions education
• Educational outcomes research

Clinical simulation spans the spectrum of simulation techniques including:

• Role play - "Bringing cases to life"
• Debriefing for reflective learning
• Debriefing principles and practice
• Video review
• MicroSim (screen-based simulation of ACLS scenarios)
• Standardized patient services
• High-fidelity computerized mannequins from:
  • Laerdal (including SimBaby)

• Simulation-based team training/crisis resource management
