About the Proteomics Core Facility
The Proteomics Core Facility was founded in late 2005 at Scott & White Memorial Hospital. It provides state-of the-art mass spectrometry (MS) instrumentation and a variety of analytical tools to basic science and clinical researchers.
Advanced mass spectrometers and multiple analytical tools provide exceptional flexibility in proteomics research. These advanced tools are integrated with a powerful bioinformatics platform to mine, filter and organize proteomics data.
We offer technical expertise for experimental design, method development, data analysis and interpretation.
Operation of the Proteomics Core Facility
The Proteomics Core Facility at Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a center not only for services but also for collaborative research and development of proteomics and mass spectrometry-based techniques.
The core facility is available to Scott & White Hospital, Texas A&M College of Medicine and the wider research community in Central Texas.
Potential users are encouraged to contact us either by e-mail
