BD FACSAria™ Cell Sorter

BD FACSAria™ cell sorter, a high-speed sorter that provides high-performance sorting and analysis, is the product of numerous technological advances. This instrument comes with 488-nm, 633-nm and 407-nm lasers and can detect up to 13 colors, for a total 15 parameters. The 70 and 100-micron nozzle tip sizes can accommodate most cell types. Two and four-way sort collection devices can accommodate a variety of tube sizes (15mL, 12×75-mm, and 1mL tubes). Automatic Cell Deposition Unit (ACDU) allows for sorting into 6-, 24-, 48-, 96- and 384- well plates or onto glass slides.
