We are on the 3rd floor of the Providence Medical Plaza at 405 Londonderry Suite #310.

What are your office hours?

Our clinic is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans in Texas including but not limited to Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare, Scott & White Health Plan, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, GEHA, Health Smart, Humana-Tricare, Medicare, Texas True Choice, Providence Healthcare Network. These are just a few and we are currently working on new contracts. You can also check with your Insurance carrier to see if we are a participating provider.

Providence Health Center

Where would I be admitted if I need to have surgery?

Providence or Waco Surgical Center

Why do you need my Social Security for registration?
