Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program

The Women's Health Center at Scott & White was established in 1959 and our residency program was approved in 1960. The Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine was created in 1978. Scott & White is the main teaching hospital of Texas A&M Health Science Center.

Our goal is to provide a substantial didactic base and clinical experience with appropriate supervision in an environment that encourages academic endeavors, preparing physicians for the modern practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology. We take great pride in offering a balanced, comprehensive program that emphasizes education and research rather than service obligations.
