Welcome to the Scott & White Clinic in Waco where our motto is “The Big Clinic with the Small Clinic Atmosphere!"

Our facility started as a small Family Medicine clinic in 1985. Over two decades and after two expansions, we have progressed into an 83,000-square-foot multi-specialty clinic with over 25 full-time physicians and 125 support staff. Our growth has always focused on meeting the healthcare needs of our growing Central Texas patient population.

The Scott & White Clinic in Waco strives to create and maintain a caring environment based on patient-centered values: accessibility, compassionate staff and comprehensive, high quality healthcare. We look for staff who genuinely share these principles and demonstrate them through their work with patients and families. If patient concerns are raised, we make every effort to adapt and change for the betterment of our patients.

Community involvement is another one of our strengths. We exchange gifts and toys at our annual Christmas party, which are then donated to the Toys for Tots program for underprivileged children. Our Children’s Miracle Network Halloween Festival has grown in popularity and generates funds for this wonderful charity. In 2003, we were honored by the Central Texas Fatherhood Initiative as the most “father-friendly” business in Central Texas. Many of our staff and physicians donate their time and energy to numerous worthwhile community programs.

We also actively engage in teaching medical students, nursing students and residents as part of our mission. Primary care research is an area we have been pursuing with patient safety and quality healthcare as goals.

The future of the Scott & White Clinic in Waco is quite exciting, as advances are constantly being made. We plan to add a variety of specialty services to meet the growing healthcare needs of our patients. Our already broad range of radiology services was greatly enhanced by the installation of a CAT scan on-site in 2004.
