Infectious Disease
The Scott & White Section of Pediatric Infectious Disease specializes in treating a variety of complicated or serious infections. Difficult diagnoses—fevers of unknown origin or unusual length—are referred to Scott & White's expert infectious disease staff. And children suffering from compromised immune systems, such as pediatric cancer patients or children born to HIV-infected mothers, benefit from multidisciplinary team treatment at one of the top 100 hospitals in America.
