Cardiovascular Research Institute (CVRI)

The Cardiovascular Research Institute is a joint effort of the Texas A&M Health Science Center, Scott & White and Central Texas Veteran's Health Care System. This unique program pairs the world-class research of molecular biologists with clinical applications for the treatment of people suffering from cardiovascular disease or stroke. By discovering better strategies for prevention and intervention of these problems, the work of the Institute will benefit patients and the entire community.
