Anticoagulation Clinic

The Anticoagulation Clinic (ACC) is a pharmacist-driven clinic that focuses on the outpatient management of warfarin therapy for patients across Central Texas. Currently the ACC manages 1300+ patients on warfarin for a variety of indications. Anticoagulation therapy monitoring and dosing adjustments are based on a physician-approved protocol.

When a patient needs an appointment, we may be contacted in several different ways. The physician, case manager or discharge planner can contact one of our secretaries directly at 254-724-7123. A consult can also be faxed to ACC at 254-724-7946.
