Infusion Services (SWIS)

The Scott & White Infusion Services is a hospital based infusion pharmacy providing services related to sterile intravenous (IV) product admixture and the provision of pre-mixed enteral (tube feeding) products to patients in the home.

We are licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and are Joint Commision on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations certified.

Our trained staff consists of two pharmacists, two certified pharmacy technicians and one registered nurse. Clinical staff provide a thorough assessment of each patient's prescribed therapy which includes a review of the patient's medication profile, allergies, medical history and appropriateness as a candidate to receive therapy in the home. Pharmacists are available 24 hours a day for questions or concerns related to his/her infusion or enteral therapy.
