Scott & White
Program on Aging and Care
Scott & White's Program on Aging and Care develops and tests support services and clinical interventions for older adults and their caregivers.
Translational research and demonstration projects examine innovative approaches to:
- Preparing older adults to interact with healthcare providers
- Supporting family caregivers
- Planning for long-term care needs
- Caring for older adults living in long-term care settings
- Promoting life long health
Projects are built upon collaborative support from Scott & White, community and government agencies and private foundations. We anticipate findings from these projects will promote personalized, comprehensive, high quality medical care that will improve the health and quality of life of older adults and their caregivers.
