This course provides instruction for health care personnel in emergency cardiac care training whose daily occupation requires proficiency in the knowledge and skills of ACLS. The primary objective or goal of the ACLS Course is to ensure that each student participant learns and retains the skills and knowledge necessary to manage a victim through a cardiac or pulmonary emergency.
Accreditation
Scott & White is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Continuing Education Credit
Scott and White designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.6 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits (s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
