The RED program is a one-day hospital-based injury prevention program presented by Scott & White's Trauma Center Injury Prevention Outreach. The RED program serves as an educational sentencing alternative for juveniles (ages 15-19) identified through the court system. These participants will have exhibited risky traffic behavior, endangering themselves or others (speeding, non-use of seatbelts, minors in possession/consumption of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, etc.) and referred to the program by the judge hearing their case. It is FREE of charge to all participants.

How to Sign Up

The RED program classes are held the fourth Saturday of every month at Scott & White Hospital - Temple. Classes space is limited, so registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. To register for the class, send a completed registration packet PDF Document via fax to 254-202-8654 or email to REDProgram@hillcrest.net Send an e-mail at least one week prior to the class.

For more information about the RED program at Scott & White, contact Ravonne McCray, Trauma Injury Prevention Outreach Coordinator at rmccray@sw.org Send an e-mail or 254-724-4967.
