The Scott & White Department of Occupational Medicine has two key goals in serving patients:
- Reduce work-related disability through accident prevention
- Safely return sick or injured workers to their jobs
Our occupational and environmental medicine physicians have diverse backgrounds in psychology, chemical engineering, manufacturing technology, neurosurgery, family practice, corporate medicine, medical flight examinations, sports medicine and public health. They serve a diverse collection of companies and workers throughout Scott & White's regional clinic network in Central Texas.
