New pediatric clinic opens in Temple
- West Temple Pediatric Clinic to help meet demand for children's medical services -
TEMPLE, Texas – Scott & White Healthcare has opened a new pediatric clinic at 6684 West Adams in Temple. The new 9,500 square-foot clinic will help to serve the growing populations in western portions of Temple, as well as serve patients from Morgan’s Point and portions of Belton.
Phillip G. Itkin, MD, is the medical director for the new clinic. He is leading a team of six providers, along with support staff for the facility. Hours for the West Temple Pediatric Clinic are weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The $1.8 million project was started eight months ago.
The building features 18 exam rooms and two treatment rooms.
RM Rodriguez Construction built the clinic; it was designed by Michael W. Marrs Architects.
