Construction progresses, leadership team finalized at new Scott & White Hospital
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Scott & White Healthcare continues to prepare for the opening of its new hospital, while looking to its local leadership team to continue a tradition of high quality care and service excellence in the region.
The second phase of "mock room" construction for the new Scott & White Hospital – College Station is underway. Staff members are getting a sneak peek at full-size replicas of the intensive care unit (ICU), emergency department and operating rooms. Caregivers who work in these areas, including nurses, physicians, technicians and other support staff, are invited to tour the rooms and test the functionality of the equipment and space. Tours of a mock medical/surgical room and labor and delivery room were completed last December.
