Baby Boot Camp®, Scott & Healthcare - Round Rock Offer STROLLERFIT
ROUND ROCK, Texas – Baby Boot Camp, a fitness and nutrition program for new moms, will offer classes at Scott & White Hospital - Round Rock at 300 University Blvd. A FREE demo event with workout and prizes will be held on Tuesday, April 2 at 9:30 a.m. at Scott & White Hospital (300 University Blvd.) Classes will continue after that every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at this location. Lead by nationally certified fitness professionals, Baby Boot Camp stroller-fitness classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills in 60-minute sessions for moms, while children are entertained in their strollers. Pilates, yoga, and abdominal exercises are incorporated to help improve core strength.
