Located next to Scott & White Hospital – Taylor, Lone Star Circle of Care Health Center at Taylor offers adult and pediatric primary care to uninsured and medically underserved patients. The center opened in February 2011 and is operated through a partnership with Scott & White Healthcare

Under the partnership, Scott & White provides clinical expertise and space, as well as access to diagnostic services. Lone Star Circle of Care Health Center at Taylor is staffed by board-certified Scott & White family practice physicians and certified family nurse practitioners assigned by LSCC.

Lone Star Circle of Care is a federally qualified community health center operating more than 20 clinics throughout Central Texas. LSCC’s clinics are linked through a cutting-edge electronic medical record system, allowing for seamless provision of care across service lines and geographic locations.
