Diet and Nutrition Assessment
Why You Should Take This Assessment
Many people are drawn to dieting out of a desire for weight loss and improving their physical appearance. However, eating for health is not simply about looking thinner. Unhealthy eating, together with other bad lifestyle habits, is estimated to cause 80% of all cases of heart disease and 90% of type 2 diabetes. Blood pressure, cholesterol, and our risk for cancer are affected as well.
Take the following survey to assess the health of your diet and whether your eating habits will help prevent serious long-term health complications.
