Orthopedic Trauma

Fellowship-trained surgeons in orthopedic trauma and multi-specialty trauma care help to make Scott & White in Temple, TX the only Level 1 trauma center between Dallas and Austin. Severely injured patients can draw upon the expertise of medical specialists using the latest imaging technology, computer-assisted surgical techniques and the most modern fracture fixation devices available.

In addition to their responsibilities in orthopedic trauma, each senior staff member holds a faculty position at the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine.

Services

We treat all manner of traumatic fractures, such as the types seen in automobile, agricultural and sporting accidents. The team performs associated reconstructive surgery for healing complications, and works closely with colleagues on the multi-disciplinary trauma team throughout the rehabilitation and healing process.
