Muscle cramps are when muscles tighten by themselves. Muscle cramps usually improve or go away within minutes.

  • Massage the muscle.

  • Stretch the muscle.

  • Relax the muscle.

  • Only take medicine as told by your doctor.

  • Drink enough fluids to keep your pee (urine) clear or pale yellow.

GET HELP RIGHT AWAY IF:

Cramps are frequent and do not get better with medicine.
